The Story

How 10X Life Plan Started

For years I looked like I had it together. Career was strong. Faith was real. But I was managing my life, not mastering it. I had compartmentalized everything — faith in one box, work in another, family running on autopilot. I was leading people at work but coasting at home. I knew how to perform, but I wasn't living with the kind of intentionality that God demands from a man He's called to lead. Something had to break.

So I stopped looking for another productivity hack and started building a system that forced alignment. Faith first — not as a category, but as the foundation everything else stands on. Then family. Then health. Then leadership. Every morning began with surrender, not a to-do list. Identity declarations from Scripture replaced the performance metrics I'd been using to measure my worth. The S-I-E cycle — Surrender, Identity, Execute — was born out of personal desperation, not theory. It was the daily engine I needed to stop drifting and start living on purpose.

That's what 10X Life Plan is. It's the system I built for myself, now available for every Christian man who knows he was made for more than the treadmill he's on. 10X isn't about doing ten times more. It's about aligning so deeply with God's design that every dimension of your life — faith, marriage, health, leadership, purpose, character, stewardship, brotherhood, rest — operates at an entirely different level. Freedom through surrender, not hustle. As Paul wrote, "I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength" (Philippians 4:13, NLT). That's not a motivational poster — it's an operational reality when you build your life on the right foundation.

The Framework

Four Pillars. Five Stages. One Life.

Every dimension of your life is built on four pillars and transformed through a five-stage path. This isn't theory — it's the architecture of a life fully surrendered to God's design.

The Four Pillars

Leadership

Lead yourself first. Then your family. Then your world.

Authenticity

100% in the light. No hiding. No excuses.

Purpose

Aligned with God's calling, not the world's scoreboard.

Character

Who you are when no one is watching defines everything.

What I Believe

  • Every man has a battle to fight, an adventure to live, and a beauty to rescue. God designed the masculine heart for these things. They're not cultural expectations — they're God-given desires that point you toward your calling.
  • Identity comes from God's declaration, not your performance. You are who He says you are — not what your resume, your bank account, or your failures tell you. Until you settle this, nothing else works. "For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago" (Ephesians 2:10, NLT).
  • Brotherhood is oxygen — isolation is the Enemy's primary weapon. A man without brothers is a man the Enemy has already cornered. Accountability isn't optional; it's survival. "As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend" (Proverbs 27:17, NLT).
  • Structure creates freedom — a river without banks is just a flood. Discipline isn't the opposite of grace; it's the evidence of it. A daily system built on surrender keeps you aligned when motivation fades.
  • The goal isn't comfort — it's faithfulness. God didn't call you to a safe life. He called you to a surrendered one. The measure of a man isn't his comfort but his obedience. "His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant'" (Matthew 25:21, NLT).
