One website cannot reach every Christian man. But every Christian man knows another Christian man. The 10X Facilitator program is the system for getting the message into churches, companies, and brotherhoods through trusted men — you.
You walk through the 8-week training. You get the curriculum. You run a group of 6-12 men through the 10X system at your church, your office, or your kitchen table. They get the framework, the assessments, the tools, and the brotherhood. You get the joy of watching men come alive — and the credential to keep going.

8-Week Live Cohort
One 90-minute live session per week with Tim and your cohort. We work through the framework, the theology, the facilitation skills, and the difficult conversations you will navigate. Recordings included.
The Full 10X Group Kit
12 session plans (8-week or 12-week format), printable leader guides, member workbooks, video teaching for each week, suggested Scriptures, and discussion questions. Drop-in ready.
Facilitator Community
Private channel for the men running 10X groups. Ask questions, share what is working, get coached by Tim. Monthly facilitator-only Zoom. The room where you sharpen your facilitation.
Certified 10X Facilitator
Public listing in the Facilitator Directory. Badge for your church bio, LinkedIn, or website. License to run paid or free 10X groups. Annual renewal keeps your access current.
Brotherhood Year Included
Full 12-month membership in the 10X Brotherhood. Daily Alignment thread, weekly Friday Forge, season-of-life groups. The room you live in while you train other men.
Coaching Call With Tim
One 30-minute 1:1 call with Tim before you launch your first group. Talk through your specific context, questions, and the men you are bringing in. Founding cohort only.

What is a 10X Facilitator?
A trained Christian man equipped to lead a 10X men's group at his church, company, or community. Facilitators run an 8-week or 12-week 10X group using the full curriculum: assessments, builders, the Freedom Path, the Daily Alignment, and live discussion. The point is to multiply the system through trusted men, not just through the website.
Who should become a Facilitator?
Pastors, small group leaders, business owners, ministry leaders, dads who want to invest in the men around them. You do not need a seminary degree. You need to have walked through the 10X system yourself and want to bring other men through it.
What is included in the certification?
Eight weeks of training (one 90-minute session per week), the complete 10X Group Curriculum (12 sessions of leader guides, member workbooks, video teachings), access to the private Facilitator Community, ongoing coaching from Tim, and the official Certified 10X Facilitator credential. You also get the Brotherhood membership included for one year.
How much does it cost?
$499 one-time for the full 8-week certification, the curriculum, the year of Brotherhood, and ongoing access to the Facilitator Community. Founding cohort (first 25 facilitators) is $249. We chose this price low enough to be accessible and high enough that men who pay for it actually run a group.
Can I run a paid 10X group at my church?
Yes. Certified Facilitators can run paid or free groups using the curriculum. The license covers unlimited groups. Many churches charge a small materials fee. The goal is multiplication — get the message in front of as many men as possible. We will help you set up your group page and promote it.
