The Christian Weekly Planner
Plan the week before the week plans you
One big goal. The people you are praying for. Seven days laid out under God’s authority, not your inbox’s. Plus a workout tracker, because the body is part of the assignment.
"We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps." — Proverbs 16:9 (NLT)

Most weekly planners are built to squeeze more output out of seven days. This one starts somewhere else. Before a single meeting goes on the page, you name the week’s one big goal, the challenges you need to pray through, and the people you are carrying to God by name.
It is page for page the weekly spread from the 162-page 10XF Planner, pulled out so you can print a fresh one every Sunday night. Twenty minutes with it on Sunday and the week stops being a list of things that happened to you.
The house rule
“Plan like it depends on you. Pray like it depends on God. Then hold the plan with an open hand.”
Look inside
Actual pages from the PDF. Print it, or fill it in on a tablet.
What's inside
- Week in quarter — a 1–13 tracker so every week is tied to the quarter it serves, not floating on its own
- Big goal — the one outcome that would make this week count, written before anything else
- Challenges to pray through — the hard conversation, the decision, the pressure point you are bringing to God instead of carrying alone
- Pray for people and pray for impact — two five-line lists: the names on your heart, and where you want God to use your work
- Notes from the Holy Spirit — space to write down what you hear when you stop talking and listen
- Monday through Sunday — a block for each day, so the plan lands on the calendar instead of staying an intention
- Weekly workout plan — page two: two fitness goals plus a cardio and weight-training grid with goal and actual columns
How to use it in twenty minutes on Sunday
- Pray first. Open with surrender. Ask what this week is for before you decide what it holds.
- Name one big goal. One. If everything is the goal, nothing is. Tie it to your monthly plan.
- Fill the prayer lists. Five people, five places of impact. Specific names and specific asks.
- Block the days. Put the big goal’s work on the calendar first, then everything else.
- Set the workout. Two goals and a realistic grid. Track actual against goal by Saturday.
- Review next Sunday. What happened to the big goal? What did God answer? Carry the lessons forward.

Common questions
Is the Christian weekly planner really free?
Yes. Enter your email and the two-page PDF downloads instantly. We also email you a copy. No payment, no trial.
Is it dated?
No. It is undated, so you can start any week of any year and print as many copies as you need.
How is this different from a regular weekly planner?
It starts with prayer and one big goal before the schedule, and it keeps people and impact on the page next to the tasks. A conventional planner organizes your time; this one aligns it.
Does it work with the full 10XF Planner?
It is the same weekly spread. Use it on its own, or pair it with the monthly planner and daily alignment page for the full planning cascade.
Seven days. One big goal. Let's get to work.
